Flying Fix Ltd Covid-19 Level 2 Operations
During Covid-19 Alert Level 2 Flying Fix will be applying and adhering to the following principles & actions when performing mobile bicycle servicing.
Local – Flying Fix is staying close to home. Under L2, the normal 10km freecall radius has been halved to approximately 5km, covering nearby suburbs of Grey Lynn, Arch Hill, Ponsonby, Herne Bay, St Marys Bay, Freemans Bay, Parnell, Grafton, Newton, Kingsland, Western Springs, St Lukes, Mt Eden, Sandringham, Balmoral, Mt Albert, Westmere, Pt Chevalier, Waterview and Auckland CBD.
Hygienic – All bike contact points (handgrips, shifter/brake surfaces, saddles etc) will be disinfected with alcohol-based wipes and/or disinfectant spray before and after servicing. Your bike may also be washed as part of the service.
Traceable & paperless – All bookings require some basic info (name, email, address for pickup & mobile number) and any additional part#s are noted for traceability purposes. All service reports, invoices & receipts, will be delivered as PDFs rather than physical paper.
These actions will be continually reassessed and modified in the best interests of continually improving health & safety and preventing the spread of Covid19.
